GoPro signed a definitive agreement to merge with Starman Optical, a Starman Holding company.

Under the $285 million deal, GoPro shareholders will retain roughly 10% of the combined company. The Nasdaq-listed business plans to keep supporting its consumer cameras while expanding into AI infrastructure, defense and aerospace markets.
