OpenAI has announced that DevDay 2026 will take place in San Francisco on September 29, returning as the company’s biggest developer event of the year.
The event is expected to spotlight new models, API capabilities and updates across the Codex ecosystem. OpenAI has also opened pre-registration for users who want to be notified when applications become available.
