Coursera introduced Project Helix, an AI-native platform that identifies organizational skill requirements and creates personalized learning paths for employees.
The platform will turn business and career goals expressed in natural language into programs adapted to an organization’s roles and data, while verifying acquired skills through practical assessments. Project Helix is expected to become broadly available to enterprise customers in the first half of 2027.
