Salesforce introduced AIforce, which makes corporate data and workflows available through different AI interfaces.
AIforce exposes Salesforce records, permissions, business logic and actions through Claude, Slack and other interfaces, allowing users to query information, update records and trigger workflows using natural language. The system enforces existing access permissions and supports zero data retention by model providers.
