The WHO Regional Office for Europe published its first Knowledge Community report on the responsible use of AI in health systems.

Drawing on experts from 105 countries, the report identifies fragmented and biased data, unclear accountability and gaps in AI literacy as major barriers. It recommends measuring progress through governance, validation and workforce readiness rather than deployment speed.
