Türkiye became the 71st signatory to the Artemis Accords at a ceremony at NASA headquarters on August 31.

The accords establish shared principles for peaceful exploration, transparency and scientific data sharing on the Moon, Mars and beyond. Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır signed on Türkiye’s behalf.
