Anthropic says Claude accelerated more than 30 open-source biomolecular modeling tools by roughly 4× on average in less than four weeks.
Claude also developed a low-memory mode that allows biomolecular systems with more than 10,000 tokens to be modeled on a single NVIDIA GPU node. Anthropic is open-sourcing the optimized code and launching a protein-design competition with Adaptyv Bio backed by up to $1 million in Claude credits. (Anthropic)
