It recommends setting clear autonomy boundaries, testing agents on realistic tasks, and using steering, parallel execution and asynchronous tools for longer workflows. The official page does not state that OpenAI “warned more than 100 companies”; it is primarily a practical guide to building reliable and efficient agent systems.
