Microsoft announced plans to invest more than $10 billion in cloud and AI infrastructure across the Middle East through 2030.
The initial focus covers Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, with more than $400 million also allocated to subsea and terrestrial connectivity. The program includes digital resilience, cybersecurity, sovereign cloud and AI-skills initiatives.
