IBM published a global workforce study examining how artificial intelligence affects employees’ skills and decision-making processes.
The survey of 1,500 human-resources executives and 8,800 employees found that 60% of workers worry AI is eroding their skills. Meanwhile, 71% of executives identified the ability to supervise, validate and override AI outputs as an essential workforce capability.
