Cloudflare has made its AI-powered Threat Signals feature available for free to every Cloudflare account.

The system analyzes open-source threat reports, summarizes key context, extracts and normalizes indicators of compromise, and stores them in a private threat intelligence dataset. These signals can then be applied directly to WAF policies to help block malicious traffic.
