Anthropic has merged Claude Cowork and chat into a single Claude experience.

Claude can now determine what a task requires and continue longer assignments even after the user closes their computer, while the new Claude Docs and Claude Slides tools create editable documents and presentations inside conversations. The unified experience will roll out to Pro and Max subscribers over the coming weeks, with Docs, Slides and Design available in beta on paid plans.
