
John Ternus has officially succeeded Tim Cook as Apple CEO after Cook’s more than 14 years in the role.
Effective September 1, Ternus will lead Apple’s product and technology strategy, while Cook remains with the company as executive chairman. Ternus joined Apple in 2001 and most recently served as senior vice president of Hardware Engineering.
Nissan and Honda have agreed to jointly develop core electronic control units and software for their next-generation software-defined vehicles.
