Micron has demonstrated the world’s first 512GB DDR5 RDIMM across multiple server platforms.

Built for data centers and AI workloads, the module reaches speeds of up to 9,200 MT/s and can enable as much as 12TB of DDR5 memory in a 24-slot server. AMD and Intel are currently validating the technology, with volume production expected in the second half of 2027. (Micron Yatırımcı İlişkileri)
